Our structure
Andrew Savings - Credit Union operates as a registered authorised deposit-taking institution (ADI) under the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA) and is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). Regulatory framework
Andrew Savings - Credit Union is authorised by APRA to accept deposits from the public. All eligible deposits are protected under the Australian Government's Financial Claims Scheme up to AU$250,000 per depositor. We are also registered with ASIC and operate under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act.
For our UK-based customers, services are provided in accordance with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines. Eligible deposits in GBP accounts are protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) up to £85,000.
